Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days inside Dhaka and 3–6 business days for outside Dhaka. Remote areas may take a day or two extra. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard charge is ৳70–৳120 depending on the area. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — check the website for current promotions.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please take photos of the product and contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new size to you.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, etc.). If you paid by COD, we’ll arrange a mobile banking refund.
